Making Elder Care Planning Simpler

Our team offers a variety of services to help you make elder care planning simpler.

Elder Care Plans

We help our elder care clients develop a plan efficiently using their health insurance options (including Medicare, Medicaid, and VA benefits) whether last minute or planned in advance.

Our team will provide information, advice, and aid in navigating pension planning.

Elder Care Financial Structuring

Help with structuring their assets to qualify for government benefits, minimize taxes, and/or avoid probate. We’re here to make things less expensive, time-consuming, and stressful for their families.

We work to protect our clients’ property. We might organize a house transfer to secure a family property, establish a trust to reduce inheritance taxes, or protect the assets of a well spouse when the other spouse requires long term care.

Long Term Care Legal Guidance

Providing guidance for our clients about the long term care options available to them including aging in place, financial caregiver support, and assisted living. We guide them through the whole process setting them up for success from the first step.

Assistance with End of Life Issues

Helping our elder law clients create wills, living wills, advance directives, powers of attorney, and other legal documents to protect their rights and relieve the uncertainty of their loved ones during times of crisis.

“My mom was only 48 when my father died. Thankfully they had their planning in place – planning we continue to update as Mom’s needs change.”
